I am so sorry to hear that Lowell has passed away. I am the Office Manager at First Congregational Church in Waterloo, Iowa, and Lowell was a member here. He was so kind to me when I started working here. He made it a point to come in and meet me and welcome me and each time he was in the area, he stopped in and said hello. He always had a smile on his face. I will miss him very much. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with the whole family.

I am very saddened to hear that Lowell passed away. He always made me smile (laugh) and I appreciated all the advise he always had for me. He was an asset to Butler County REC and our board of directors with his broad knowledge base. Lowell always talked about how much he missed his wife and now he can be with her :) I know you will miss him but his spirit will live on.
